This Privacy Policy sets out the terms of how we, AVENIDA LEGAL LLC, a Florida limited liability company (we may refer to ourselves as “We” or the “Company”, or “Avenida Legal”) use and protect any personal information that you provide us when you use our website services, or when you create an account with www.avenidalegal.com (which we may refer to as the “Site” in this policy).  We are committed to ensuring that your privacy and personal information is protected, and should we ask you to provide us certain information while using our Site, you can be assured that it will only be used as stated in this policy.  We may revise our policy from time to time in order to better comply with new laws or changes to our products or services, but we will always inform you of these changes before they affect you personally, and we will only subject your personal data to the new rules once you give us your personal consent. Note that continued use of the Site shall signify your consent to such changes. If you do not consent to this privacy policy, we will not collect or store any of your personal information for any reason, but usage of the Site may be limited and certain features may be unavailable for use.   This policy is effective as of September 30th, 2022.

This registration will require you to submit some of your personal information, which we will store on our servers located in the United States. During registration, you would be required to give certain information (such as name and email address), and in addition may be asked to submit certain authentication information as part of our fraud prevention activities. This information is used to activate additional features of the Site, and to perform the core functions of our business, to view secure content, to purchase products or services and to improve your user experience. Without this information we cannot effectively perform or provide our products or services to you, and thus you will be unable to purchase products or services and may have limited access to the Site.

However, credit/debit card data is stored with a licensed and regulated merchant or payment processing provider, not with us.

VII.     Controlling your personal information

We do not share your information with other users.  We may from time to time request that you allow us to share your personal information with other companies or partners for the purpose of enhancing our products and services, or to introduce you to services or products that you may find beneficial. However, we will never share any personal information without your consent, and if you decline to allow us to share your personal information it will not negatively impact your user experience. Other than as set forth herein, we currently don’t share your information with any other company or person other than sharing bank and personal information with licensed payment processors so that your purchases can be processed, but if we ever do, we will first give you the name and contact information for the company or person. We will not offer to share your information with any third party which does not comply with the minimum protections of US and Florida privacy regulations.

If you are a non-resident of the United States, please be aware that your personal data will be saved in these U.S. servers and will be subject to U.S. laws and jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to make changes to our Privacy Policy from time to time.  If we plan to make significant changes to any of our privacy policies or practices with respect to how we use personally identifiable information, we will require that you read and agree to our new policy prior to using any of the Site’s services. If you do not agree to consent to the new privacy policy, we will not collect any of your personal information, but we will be unable to provide any of our services until you agree to consent to the privacy policy. Even if you do not consent to the new privacy policy you may still manage your personal information under the profile tab of your account. Our privacy policy is current as of September 30th, 2022.
